HUD bug

Everytime when I relog into the game, by pressing the "connect" button, after I have either been afk for sometime and have automatically logged out or when I manually logout. I then get an new extra "item bar", which I did not add. It simply pops up in the middle of the screen after a relog, as if i just recently added it and have not pulled the bar anywhere yet. (It only happens after a relog, not when i start the game or logging in the first time.
