    Will we be compensated for time lost for our Level 3 Sellsword, Jolly Roger Legacy, Queen's and King's Legacy, Stainless Steel Fortification, and all of our other buffs? Seeing as how the game has been lagging so bad that it's virtually unable to play and I just spent tons of pearls on these items and have lost almost half the time with them due to lag.

    Hi, Matador.

    That is a fair question. We have not heard of anything, yet. If there is to be any compensation, it will be in the form of a voucher. Watch your emails, and/or keep an eye on the Official Announcements, should one be released.

    I contacted support about this aswell and the answer is...
    "Unfortunately we do not give personal compensations, any issues which are due to our server faults are experienced by all players on that particular server.
    That is why any compensation that is offered from our side is offered to all players
    We regret that you have had troubles but we cannot give you anything as compensation I am afraid."

    If Bigpoint decided to change time limited staff count time only for player be online.may little helpful for lag issues.
