Cabin Boys for Pearls

So, they've offered the Cabin Boys during the Freedom event for the ridiculous cost of 1000 crowns per day. Not only is that more crowns than the cost was for pearls, but crowns are worth way more than pearls. In fact, charging crowns means that any level 20 or less player will be left out entirely.

So, my questions. Why are they charging so much for them now? Will we be able to get them for pearls again?

The new Skill Tree is set to be released, soon. This will cover the Reload speed. We do not have a definite date as to when this will occur.

In the meantime, no mention of changing the cost over to Pearls has been made, that I am aware of.

It was 1000 for me, maybe you get a discount? At 100/day, I probably would have bought them, but at 1000 I couldn't do it.

@ManOverboard Very unfortunate, this will create an even bigger imbalance between the big boats and the small boats. Looks like even more of us will just be farming, running and sinking. I know that you are only the messenger, I don't blame you, but someone in BP is making the wrong decisions if they truly want to keep this game going.

 

any idea how we pay for new skills? cristals, pearls, crowns , green coins or money? to get better reload

 

If the new skill tree is like the current ones, it takes crystals to buy the skills. Each skill costs geometrically more than the one before so by the time you get to the last skill it costs as much as a new car to buy it.

 

but look at slots for cannons and beams, old ones for pearls, new ones for crowns so dont be suprised with skills now

 

well i think they'll add another tab something like simbi probably either way if its for crystals crowns or something else will be expensive as hell...fyi dont max your credit cards leave some room for this

 

Currently my next skill costs 7400 crystals. I hope it stays in crystals and not the damn crowns.

There are *plenty* of charities and other good causes to donate to. Do that and benefit others in need.
