    No, you can resume your normal gameplay, you do not need to wait.

    You can not purchase the 10 Day Queen's Legacy or the Barricaded Top Deck if you already have a duration of this buff active on your account.

    This is a known error with these designs, not your account. The developers are looking into correcting this as soon as possible, when this is done it will be announced in the     Patchday Notes 2018. The restart that has just passed was to fix a different error.
