    1) Why was this feature introduced and 2) only on one server? I think I know the answer, but would like to confirm it.

    Ahoy,

    Diminishing Rewards is only available on Global Europe 7 for the time being, eventually it shall come to all servers and involve all types of rewards. It is only available on one server currently as the system needs to be tested and adjusted for real server data. Once the team is happy with system, then they shall start to expand it further.
