Does this mean i have won bokors design? if so it wasn't booked to my account.

Also i have recieved another message at 2018-10-02 02:13:02 stating i have won but nothing has appeared in the logbook.

nope the message say'n u won one of the prize's on drawing for bokors this doesnt necessary mean u won the skin wich is the main prize!

But i have two messages saying that i've won. is this for the same bokors reward or two seperate wins?

either cant hand out the right rewards or cant even post whats up for grabs correct as i recieved 15 firestorms but only suppose to be 10 by the post lol if you cant even make a correct post as to winnings or cant book the correct winnings to an account which is as simple as doing your A,B,C'S.

The first message, with the subject "You won!" sent at 2018-10-01 00:14:07 is as you posted, and corresponds to you winning one of the lottery prizes - congratulations. I have posted your winnings below.

The second message, with the subject "SYSTEM MESSAGE" sent at 2018-10-02 02:13:02 is because you did not throw in 2 of your Bokor Crates into the Chalice last month. As such, these were automatically thrown into the Bokor's Chalice for you on the 2nd, and will count towards your chances to win a prize in the October Bokor Event. You did of course receive some instant rewards, which I shall post below for your convenience.
