    now it's the second time you do not extend my premium.
    despite the fact that it stands for auto extension ...

    What happens!!!
    you do not reply or confirm mail sent to you via support?
    It's not serious from your side.

    Your chat mods do not look at what we writes during discussions on faq from events.
    but comes with standard answers.

    im seriously considering stopping the game now, unfortunately, because I thought it's a nice social game

    today i have send mail to support by

    game probs.

    payment prob.


    for over 8 weeks ago the team should invest. my ship because i could not tag other players or npc.
    yeah i know the aktion for it, i have played the game for 9 years know, but somehow out of the sky, it not possibel for me any longer.7
    2 times i write back to the support by there one tread. but no answer still.
    i never hear anything.

    Seeing as you have sent a ticket in concerning this issue they will be the ones to resolve it. I know that's not what you want to hear but once they have a ticket they will resolve it. Please only send in one ticket per issue because multiple tickets slow the process. Again sorry for any inconvenience.

    yaeh they maybe got the ticket, but i've still haven't got the comfirm mail from bp. that they got the mail.

    im not getting any answer from the danish/norwegian team.
