    I lost my cabin boys with the new update. Had them booked for 30+ days and now they don't even appear in my assistants. I bought them also with last freedom event for 7 days so I know for sure I had them active. I tried writing support but everytime I try and send it it comes up with "An Error Occured".

    yep, same here 100 days of cabin boys gone and no new functions of cabin boys in my ship. Should have known for bp to mess this up.

    Yes It just happend the same to me , I had it for 50 days that i bought from big packages in last event , and now its gone , no cabin boy on my ship

    Ahoy All,

    We are aware of this issue, and are working on resolving this matter.

    You will not lose any of your cabin boys, they are still in your data, unfortunately they are just deciding to play "hide n seek" for a while. Hopefully we will be able to persuade them to show themselves shortly.
