    Hey @riverhawk ,

    if I remember correctly you have to sink Ruthless Frigate npc in order to get that rum ( if we talk about vovoi quests here ).
    Ruthless Frigate can be found on map 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 and looks like this :

    This is taken from the seafight bible and is worth taking a look as you can follow each quest as you go along.
