Feedback Diminishing Returns

This would be nice information to have.

 

I would love to give it to you but it has not been passed to me. I would love to test it for you and figure it out but at the moment I am busy during the day running a business. If and when it slows down I will try and figure it out. Right now I just don't have the time. Sorry.

I have noticed the reduction in BOTs already. I hope that they stay away!

 

Wake up! You will more likely see the loyal old players disappear, which also get hurt the most with the way this system works.
Is the the new diminishing returns system even legal?
Who in the world put in a system that work so bad and only punish those who play daily and very much!!!! Shame on you bigpoint. You put up a limit for how much i can get in income with the cannons that i bought for real life money and wasting my time with getting less in total. If you take all the daily quest you will be around -40-50 %, no time for fun.
Ofcourse there is a issue with bots and etc. but this is not the way and you are way to late for that now.
Ban bots = dead game
Anti bot (Diminishing Returns) = dead game
Those who use bot don't care that much since they just find a way to stay around 0 %. or something else.

do u think they bring dimnishing returns to fight with bots?
do u think they cant find out who use bot , who not? and cant block bot? XD
thing is new updates came, crowns update and to make ppl buying more packets they they put useless reduce system XD
new update with trophys gives normal player nothing comparing to cost crowns to spend on it XD
but like always all wants to get it so buy more packs.
new system dont solve problem with bots, its all just about money.
agree with infinity no bots = game dead.
reset game lake it was 10 years ago, make it cheapper, bring more players.
more players = more fun = game alive few more years.
more expensive = less players = game dead

 

Here is what I have noticed:
- Previously on some maps the BOTs outnumbered the real players by as much as 5+ to 1. Usually there were 1 or 2 other real players on the map with me.
- Now there are almost no BOTs, some days I don't see one at all.
- I now see at least 6 real players on the map as I type this.

I don't think the loyal players that were not Botting will leave, in fact I think that many players will return and play more often now that they can actually play the game instead of the game being 'try to do anything before a BOT steals your target'.

 

99% of the players that are legit are loving and appreciating this new system, it is a little vague as to how it works, but overall at least something is being done to level the playing field between botter and legit players.

 

so most of days i dont even play for many hours ,but at weekends maybe i can stay over 10 hours a day and get this returns hmmm,cool idea im sure U can detect botters and ban them but if you do this we all know that game will be destroyed so you choose to mess up with all who play a lot of hours,not just boters, well played bigpoint develpers hope people will stop putting money for this trash game. Can you make a damn reporting system so we can report boters somehow and if u check then they get the damn dimonishing thing

There is a way. You gather any evidence you have and email it to support. That has been the standard practice for many many years.

The fact of the matter is, whether you like it or not, Diminshing Returns is already showing results, at least in my server.

Top player for League had 1.5 billion elp when they started the Diminishing Returns was implemented, since he has gained only an additional 200 million Elp since.

 

And it has been previously stated even a video is not sufficient proof (can be faked).

 

You obviously don't understand the concept of multi-tasking.

 

If farming is so wrong why did BP create 2 farming servers?

Farmers are mostly f2p players so have to play 'x' hours a day just to maintain their place in rankings, then another 'y' hours to replace all the resources used.

You could read farmer as someone having the sense for not paying BP's over inflated prices, this brings up another question of transparency. The boat next to you could have the same equipment as you but may of only paid half the amount you did.
There should be a fixed price on every server for the 'buyables' in a suitable currency, unlike the current system which charges different prices depending where you live.

this update is grate because the bot`s will have to spend monney to shoot all same as they did before the update

its a good update but more needs to be done. botting for 12 hrs instead of 24 is not something i would be proud of.

 

I don't know if this is from this new system or a player being funny, but I saw a ship yesterday that was named -80%.

 

As long as you're diminishing returns, how about diminishing battle points on ships that get sunk repeatedly?

 

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this was a thing, if not still is from the moment battle points were introduced to discourage chain sinking.
