    Should i replace dooms lvl 3, 4 , 5 with lvl 5 devs or stick to dooms ?

    That very much depends on your setup, though as far as I know, generally though: Dooms>Devs level for level in raw damage

    i use doom lvl 5 lvl4 if you want more criticall use devastor.but dooms make better demage

    Yeah this is true, devs will allow you to have a higher maximum hit and may even be worth it if you have high crit chance gems + castles but dooms will almost always give you higher DPS and better efficiency
