Regarding non-working voucher

    Hey!

    I just got an email from Seafight with a voucher that offered:

    • 3 Emperor’s Booty Bag
    • 3 Beastmaster’s Booty Bag
    • 7 Jolly Roger’s Legacy
    • 14 Queen’s Legacy
    • 25 Devastator Cannons Lv 1
    • 25 Firestorm Cannons Lv 2
    • 25 Doomhammer Cannons Lv 2
    • 100,000 Crowns
    I may have understood the whole email wrong, but why is the voucher not working? It is supposed to be valid until 11th of March?

    If you look below the expiry date, it states which user-ID and which server it's valid for. Most likely, it's valid for another server than what you're already playing.

    Ahoy,

    The voucher code you have received is only valid for the account listed in the email. Below the voucher, you will see a message similar to the following:

    *valid until 11th March 2019.
    This code was reserved for User ID
    XXXXXXXX on the server XXX.

    As such, this code can only be used on the account stated and will not work on any other account. This has been done to encourage inactive players and accounts to come and join the fun on Seafight!

    It is not possible for this code to be applied to any other account, nor the account be changed.

    I used to get emails about vouchers but I haven't gotten one in over a year. How do I receive emails again? Thank you.

    u need to go to your sea page screen , under ship overview menu top right, first icon like here > http://prntscr.com/mtdqhz and in the bottom right of the screen you need to access Edit Account Data >http://prntscr.com/mtdqyj , it will open then another page and you have to select newsletter option and on Receive newsletter must put it on Yes like in this image > http://prntscr.com/mtdrkx

    i am signed in for them and none off my accounts received any tex
    i always get mail from seafight during events but i never got any voucher codes

    u not the only one ..lol , i dont know wot are the requirements to get the appreciation, maybe only the ones that spend big in game get the free stuff from voucher codes !
    The rewards posted by Mihawk for the code, well that is very nice reward indeed !

    The requirements are as stated by Swift on his reply .. he is saying that this code is for all inactive players who havent log in in a long time to make players come and join the game again and not for big money spenders like you think ... cuz a big money spender dont care for this cannons and with this levels

    There is a regular email that comes out regularly and does contain voucher codes that can also be found here in the forum. Please make sure you have BigPoint added to your contacts or they are more than likely going to your spam folder.

    The only vouchers sent out are either the ones that go out to all players or to players that have not been on for an extended period of time. There are no "special" emails to big spenders no matter what you may see in chat. Anyone saying this is either trying to irritate the average player or create discord in the community.
