    You do not currently have the Temporal Energy active on your account. You must first purchase this buff from the in-game Shop.

    Should you still have an issue with your Portals not being reset after purchasing of this buff, please get back in contact and we will take another look.

    Having just checked your account again, you still do not have the "Temporal Energy". You need to buy this again. This buff only lasts for 24 hours, you need to buy it every time to reset your Map of Forever.

    Now that you have purchased the Temporal Energy again, and it has not reset, I have reset the Map of Forever for you.

    You will need to log off of the Seachart, and reopen it for these changes to take effect.
