market

my market on water page isn't showing all items. no treasure chest keys or a lot of other items are missing. can you look into this for me, or did i miss something? thank you.

Ahoy,

Having reviewed your account, I can see the Treasure Chest Keys, and as it appears all the other items without any issue.

When viewing items in the in-game Shop, if you want to view all the items at once, ensure you do not have any filters selected (on the left side) and the search bar is empty (located at the top just under the Items tab).

ty Swift. i see the keys now, but when i scroll down the items they disappear and it's all black. not to go off topic but , when i log out i don't get a countdown and my screen just turns light blue. i then get back on water and log out again and it works correctly. somethings not working properly. i will try in a little while on a different computer and see if it does the same thing. can you please keep this thread open until i try that? ty.

 

after trying a different computer i am still having the same issues. i also noticed 2 other threads where people are having similar problems like me. one thread was "can't click on anything". i forget the other thread, but it said something about things turning black in market.

Yes, we are aware of the issue with the in-game Shop sometimes not loading and causing a flash crash. My apologies, I did not realise this was the issue you were first experiencing.

We have forwarded this issue, and we hope for it to be corrected as soon as possible.
