The "New Shop"

I see the previous "Mega-Happy Hour" items are now located here. I have never seen (until now) the "Light of Tortuga" *not* included for sale during a Mega. What gives? (I also noticed oddly enough the Legba Amulets for sale for pearls but not the Triton's Benevolence..?

It has always been by design that the items available during Happy Hours and Mega Happy Hours are not the same each time. Some times you will find rarer items available, and sometimes you will notice common items, for example flares are not available.

Which items are available for each HH/MHH is at the discretion of the Game Team, and this feature is working as designed.

My recommendation would be to stock up on the items you use often when they are available, as they may not be available during the next HH/MHH.

You make a good point Swift, which indeed I have heard before, but in my 10 years of playing, I cannot recall ever seeing the "Light of Tortuga" not for sale during the MHH. Not knowing the whims of the Developers, it is a bit hard to buy 500 of them in case they are omitted for 3 months! Thanks for all you do.

 

no lights this week woop de doo, go open some chests, theyre easy enough to obtain, can't always get what we want, just have to be efficient.

Unless the items are visible in the Elite Market, then currently you are unable to bid for these. This is a feature that is being worked on.
