Even though the Developers put in many ways to sort things (too many in my opinion), it is much more difficult to find items than it was when they were in the Elite Market. I simply cannot understand why the simplicity of the Elite Market on the Home Page was replaced with this gooble-dee-gook complicated system for purchasing items! Let's go back to the old system.

Not only is it difficult to find specific items, there are way too many steps involved to buy things. Sure, you could click Fast Pay and hope that you put in the right number of items (with items where you buy multiples, like ammo where it could be in 100 or 1000 lots, its easy to buy the wrong amount), but even that has too many clicks when you include the ones to find the item.

Another problem is that you now have to be logged in on the sea to buy anything. With Diminishing Returns if you log on just to buy something (like during HH or MHH) but not play, you lose the +10% bonus for the day.

I don't know why the old method couldn't have remained along with the new one. It did for a while, so it can be done.

Excellent points! I have found buying certain items in the New Shop to be confusing. I also don't like to have to be in Safe Haven to reload my ship. Can you imagine getting sunk 6 times on the water while making purchases, or losing a Light of Tortuga needlessly because someone broke it while you were concentrating on purchasing?
