    I completed the level 13-14 test and it wont let me turn it in. I've refreshed and it still wont let me. Help?

    Ahoy,

    Firstly, please ensure that you are trying to redeem the Quest at the correct Quest Giver (Eona Norling (SH-11)), as this is a common mistake players make.

    Please do let me know if the above advice solves your issue or not. If it does not, please leave your Server and User ID so we can review this.

    I tried to redeem it at SH-11 and it says that she doesn't have a quest for me.
