Lost Connection

    Not sure if its a problem for others, but I keep getting lost connection at 58% loading screen when logging onto the sea. I've checked my internet connection and tried additional browsers and still have the same problem. Is something wrong?

    afternoon. there is no issue with this. whenever you get to 58% and get lost connection, you can try closing down your browser and relogging in completely, if this fails (90% ish of the time) this means that there is a server restart imminent. at which point you can ask your guildmates when the restart is and you can get a coffee. when the restart has concluded, you will be able to log in as normal.

    please also note that if you refresh at the exact minute of the restart, it will not give you lost connection, it will take a few minutes to log back in. you will probably see a message saying "time-out connecting to the server" this is perfectly normal, just leave it running and you will eventually log back in.
