lool realy suck make open until page 3 for make 59 cannon
and think i use bug for it
how about with that scrip sistem

and same way for open season
but my second acc no delete reward

 

I hope it all works out, 39 Worldbreaker Cannon are taken back and I have no fault!!

 

my ship lose 7 cannons in restart season is not good please resolve this

many player have same problem like this, and player have problem like this no use error or bug on my guild and allianc, cause don't know about how to use error, lets check it again

I had 33 cannons, 3 for bonus code and 30 for 10 season progress. (32 deleted)
I had a lot of crafting materials obtained from broke another cannons to get antique frames and rusty metal scraps. (All deleted)
I lost a lot of harpoons and cannonballs, treasure keys and other resources to complete some season achievements. (All reseted)

All this and a lot of lost time and I DIDN'T USE ANY CHEAT OR BUG.

Will I recover all my stuffs?

Developer team doesn't work on weekends. So, we must to wait until the event (Ocean's wrath) ends?
Because, like I said, I lost all my progress and I haven't got any coin of effort. :/

We understand the confusion and frustration the scripts have caused, and please be aware these will be looked at again to ensure any issues that may be present are corrected.

However, this does not mean that there have been issues; we are not the developers, we are only technical support, and in this case, the scripts and account history needs to be reviewed by the developers to determine if any issues have arisen.

Please be aware this will take place at a minimum of Monday, however, due to it being a complex issue it is possible that it may take longer.

I lost my progress, my coins of effort, my rewards, my crafting materials, my resources, MY TIME.... and I wasn't affected by the bug, but the script deleted all my stuffs.

 

Ahoy,

The developers have checked which accounts have done one achievement or more, more than one time, and reset the relevant sections appropriately.

Please be aware that you may not have even been conscious that you were using the bug. Every time a player logged in, all achievements were reset and the player could complete them again to collect more rewards.

Therefore, the rewards you believe are missing, are in fact the rewards that should not have been gained to begin with due to this error.

Hi.
I checked my progress and the coins of effort that I won and the maths are fine.

My achievements. I calculated the quantity of coins of effort that I must to have and the maths say that it allow to me open the first 10 progress.
You can check all this looking my logbook and calculate total of coins of effort that I may to have with all my completed achievements and subtract with my actual coins of effort. You will see that all is fine and I didn't use the bug.
The only times that I disconnect my accout were Before go to study (1 time), before go to sleep (1 time) and the others time were when the server had the maintenance logouts.
So, I really want you check it by yourself, because I'm sure that the script worked unfair with me.
I want my coins back and you calculate it with my acievements progress.

lets check and calculate on my achivment from your sistem how many coins should I have.
I calculated and made data carefully, and there were no errors

u can look on the picture, i just have 532 coin, and just use 20 coin for open slot 1 and slot 2
I don't know what else is less clear than that all, I just asked where my 260 coins were
no longer

 

I find this hard to believe that a player in this short of time was able to achieve this legitimately.
over 4000 npc killed, 1000 event chests???event was only a couple days in season, 1 billion dmg to towers.
Sorry to say but i find this very hard to believe that this was all done without the help from a foreign program.

 

maybe for u is hard, but for me is not, its simple, u have time for play can finish it all

 

maybe, but i find it interesting that you were able to make 1 billion dmg on enemy with so little rewards for sinks, you have no coin rewards for sinking players, being a very strong player and such...
