    You could have been trying to login during a restart. When this happens give it some time then try again.

    I was able to get on after the restart. Logged off for a few and now can't get back on the water. 59%!!

    this is not a restart problem. while it briefly happened to me earlier it did resolve. but it is not a restart error, it's happening when the server is very laggy
