Cannon menu and hot keys

i cant seem to get my cannon ball menu to work and no matter wat keys i try on the hot keys it saids its already being used the cannon menu will work some times but realy rarly i have 2 account and am not having this problem on 1 of thim my id is 40/41824325

 

The Hot Key issue has been reported and is being looked into. We do not have any word on progress at the moment or why it only effects some account and not all.

they cannon ball menu thing is hard to explain if needed ill post a video of it

 

We have just looked into your account and while we were able to change cannonballs from your preset tool bar, we were unable to open the cannonball menu. Is this the issue you were referring to?

yes that is the issue some times by reseting the comfig over and over for like 20 mins it will work for 1 time thin stop

 

Yes we tried to reconfigure the screen and that didn't fix anything. We will get a report together and forward your issue.
