Clarification on Update

    Today the update informed us:

    Update:     We´ve increased the level in the Ship Booty bags

    Ie. Is there new higher lvl bags available for purchase?
    Ie. Is the gem bags obtainable from chests a higher lvl bag?
    Ie. Is the current gem bags now containing higher lvl gems?

    Please clarify

    At the moment aren´t booty bags available for purchase
    So:
    1- no not at the moment
    2- Yes the gems in that bags have a higher level
    3- yes
