el dorado problem

I noticed a problem with el dorado tonight, I activated the transfer and hit my speed crystal at 1 second as I normally would. I was not transferred to el dorado and when the timer reached 0 seconds it put me back in a map that was 5 maps away, leaving me having not used any keys and wasted the trip in question. a refresh did not fix this error either

 

It is a known issue and has been forwarded. This is often the case with many things as this game is virtually online 24/7 it adds an additional challenge to sorting issues out. I am not a developer but simply tech support. If I can't help you to get on the game then I go to those that can.

Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, we do not get long explanations on issues, it is either working or not working, and I think we all agree working is the preferred option.

And they will have it sorted as soon as they possibly can.
