a Joke?

Hello BP is this a joke? first you give us that ... code with 10 painbringer but we dont have the materials okay fine.. now i open season page 5 and i dont get the materials again? funny , those developers are a joke

What kind of a code did give 10 Painbringers?

 

I'm not talking about voodoo cannons but the code that gave us once 10 painbringers and page 5 from season when u open chest u get 25 painbringer receipt but no way to obtain the materials , so my question is why? And how will we obtain them this is just nonsense

 

Its not a code it's a season milestone and you get recipes I believe. And as was said there will be a script to address the issue.

No you dont get the right materials but you said there is a script for voodoo canon materials , I need the painbringer materials that i did not get from the code back then and i did also not get from season , what makes my 25 painbringer receipts from season useless till now

 

to be honest, level 0 painbringers are still useless. make worlbreakers and use them as a gap filler. if you read the patchday announcement correctly. the first line is to do with the voodoo cannons, the 2nd painbringers and 3rd cauldren. the script will go live later. there hasn't been any recent codes that gift painbringers unless you possibly get one in an e-mail as bigpoint tend to do to tempt old customers to replay the game. if that is indeed the case then board admins cannot jhelp with that and you would have to contact customer support with the relevant code and the issue.

 

This was a code a few months ago with those painbringers and it gave only the receipts not the materials

Ok that code was from October 2019 and is way out of date. You can try contacting support but as it is months past the expiration it is doubtful anything can be done.

But is it not a known issue that they just gave receipts that will be useless without materials? , and the Sam's for season box level 5 ? 25 pain recipes but no materials , but that last one they're gonna fix I understand?
