Sigurd Lundgren dissappeared, where did he go?

    According to the Seafight Bible FAQ's to go from Level 11 to level 12 you must find Sigurd Lundgren and complete the quests and he can be found on Map 11. I spent over an hour circling map 11 and he is not there. He used to be during several events but never had any quests to offer. Was he sunk permanently? Is he invisible? When will he be back? I'd like to complete the quests and move on but until he comes back it is not possible. Is he on vacation or drunk?

    Go to top of 11 map to safe haven enter he is there in safe haven!

    Sigurd Lundgren is a shy little fellow and he is hiding :p

    but as TEX~BULL and ·єviłωαყѕ· already stated he is located at SH-11
