    from Seafight Bible: Action Items

    The Hour Glass

    Overview:
    +20% Cannon Damage.
    +20% Speed.
    -20% Repair Speed.
    Removes cooldowns from all items except Rockets.
    Duration of 30 minutes.
    Cooldown of 3 hours.

    The Sands of Time
    [​IMG]
    Overview:
    +25% Speed; -25% HP repair duration.
    +25% Cannon damage.

    I believe duration and cooldown are the same. Maybe @TEX~BULL can confirm it?

    Thank you mate! I looked in the Seafight Bible before asking this question and didn't see it. But I was looking under the "S" for "Sands" instead of "T". I appreciate your help!:)
