    I remember years back you could used to send a message out to your whole guild that appeared in there post on the home page..

    Has this function been taken out now? would be a shame if it has.

    So how do i send one out to all guild members from here?

    instead of tagging them 1 by 1 ?

    You can use the announcements section of the guild tab to announce to all.
