fix us server

all day us sever has been laggy notcant even get on please fix this game

 

Having just logged in, the server is running just fine.

Tex, as a player of that server I have to agree that the amount of lag we see is unbelievable. There are times we just have to log off because we simply cannot even play. This has been going on for days now.

 

While we understand your frustration, remember we are players as well, but we can not request a restart when only a few players are having issues and we ourselves log into that server and find it functioning as it should. If we do they will do the same and see that there is not an issue severe enough to warrant a restart and then it will be like the story "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" and our credibility would be in question. We did in fact request at least 2 restarts that were done over the weekend, so please believe that when warranted, the request is made.

It's a constant thing play and freeze ups have to close seachart because it keeps loosing connection to server then have to restart seachart even with game client it's a server issue. I have done network resets trying to help because with client can not as they say clear cache.

 

@TEX~BULL But why does this game lag so much? Its not only few players who have the same prblem. Its a Pirate Game, and war is going on very often, but its just to stop having war very often because of this lag/freeze. I have had a break since 2017, and when I went back again here its the same problem as it was for 3 years ago.

I mean that the game should run properly 100%, without this problem. And with full graphic on. It shouldnt be a game were we "need" to take the graphic "Off". I have also tried the SF Client. And it dosent help better.

 

We already to the best of our understanding in our reply prior. There is nothing more that can be added from our end.
