    What is the official name of this design (see below) and is it available for purchase? (I believe I have seen a couple of players in the past with either this design or something very similar). Thank you!

    Meanie is correct, after a quick google search, this is indeed the caesia design which was obtainable from the bokor's chalice of december 2012. to my knowledge, it has not featured in any buccaneer bounty markets to date so keep your eyes peeled. The gems for the design are 65,000 voodoo points and 11% cannon damage :)
