    Hello,
    I unlock the 3rd milestone for the puzzle but never receive the 20 Level 4 Painkillers. I was working on the puzzle around the same time the server crash which is why I am guessing I didn't receive the reward.

    Just to make sure, Dinoball is a pet and not a ship design, there was some confusion about this on our server thats all

    as your fellow pirate stated, Dinoball is a new pet not a design, please check your pets.

    If its not there please post server and user ID.

    Hello,
    3rd milestone does not offer a pet. I am asking for 20 Level 4 Painkillers which are cannons along with the rest of the rewards. The server went down as I was hitting event ship and collecting some of my puzzle pieces along with this 3rd milestone.

    @Rymar Any update on this? I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks and the event is almost over.
    I know there is a lot of issues that need to be solved just looking for an update.
