My Tool Bars keep Disappearing!

    Out of my last 6 log-ins, I have had to rebuild 3 times the 2 additional tool bars added to the game years ago. (They were just "gone" when I logged in). It is an aggravating pain to have to keep doing this!

    I am having the same issue even when I f5 sometimes my tools bars disappear. It is happening more often and it is now everyday.

    I logged in twice in a row today (8-1-20) and both times my two additional tool bars were gone again. it is a real pain to have to reset everything.

    Our developers are aware of this issue and it is being looked into.

    Unfortunately we do not have much more information to tell you about this.

    Just an update for you as of 9/9/20. They vanished today and I went through and reset them. The next time I logged in they had vanished again. So again I reset them. I'm sure that fixing this problem is a low-priority; nonetheless, it is a pain.

    Since there was an update regarding the toolbars and everything is working as designed we will now close.
