Genie's Lamp (Still Not Working)!

I just now clicked on the Lamp and he appeared. I *still* cannot accept any of his 3 offered quests (last reported 11/23/20). I would include screenshots but I logged out for a moment and now get AUTHENTICATION FAILED! You have got to be kidding me! Is this thing ever going to be fixed???

Having used this only a while ago it was working for myself. Can I ask for some further information, such as were the quests visible to you or no quests shown at all?

Nothing had changed. The genie appeared when I clicked on the Lamp. The symbol above the Genie's head was a gray "X". When I clicked on him, the 3 possible quests were all grayed out. I know how he works and have used him several times before. I have enough Safanad coins, so that's not the problem.

 

by any chance did you already have the maximum active quests? with the lamp you have to accept a "quest" and then hand it in straight away, but you must have an available quest spot active or it will show as grey like you described

Having just tested this again it does appear to be working correctly. Please ensure you do not have the maximum quests accepted at one time as your fellow pirate as stated, I am unaware of any other reason as to why the quests would not be acceptable otherwise.
