    What am I missing here? Level 5 increases your chance of a Critical Hit by roughly 1/3 of 1%? If this information has been written down correctly, I deem this item to be worthless!

    Better aim, better damage

    Requires 5 Extension Slots

    Level 0:
    + 0.2% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)
    Level 1:
    + 0.25% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)
    Level 2:
    + 0.275% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)
    Level 3:
    + 0.3% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)
    Level 4:
    + 0.325% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)
    Level 5:
    + 0.35% Critical Hit Probability (absolute)

    That's an absolute value, meaning each of those increases your chance by 0.35%, if you use 10 it will be 3.5% and so on
