stop messing with the game

First of all I do like game, however those in power keep messing up the game for the guy who wont cheat, cant spend $10,000 a month or use programs to gain advantages over others. It is always the the same guys, the same guilds, i know they cheat/use bots/programs. practically pointless to write support about them. I have pictures/movies of them. It is so obivious who uses programs in game, just sail on the water. Or should I say try too. I do not want to quit the game. But to be sailed to directly and fired upon while under the light? how do they get a lock?
To allow people's ships to have 128% or higher damage reduction on ship? what is point in firing a shot let alone try and fight? pointless.
I have over 100% accuracy on my cannons but I miss every shot or my ship simply wont fire or in fact just stops firing on the ship. so fighting is again pointless. I have over 1 milion hp/vp and they have as little as 50k hp and guess who loses fight? i cant even get 1 shot off and they sink me.
These ships use speed stones non stop for days and days on end, instant repair non stop. These ships repair faster then i can hit them when and if I can do that. Pointless to try and sink them, waste of ammo.
Pointess to try and hit events, they have stupid speed going around map hitting event nests/wrecks/npcs. Work on hitting them down and they sail around taking last shots as they hit npcs for 400k to 1 milllion damage.
WAKE UP DEVELOPERS!! Do something about them, they are ruining the game. You try and deny the problem "we are looking ito it". A lot of good people have left as they dont want to deal with the cheating or want to cheat themselves to try and keep up.
Stop with the gimmicks, stop the cheaters, dont take 5 years to look into it. I doubt the cheaters are the ones spending real money. why should they, they get it from programs who play the game for them for free. I am not the only one who has this problem. Listen to the real players, Fix The Game! ty

 

What you are seeing, in addition to the third party exploit users is the "new and updated" variation *edit*. They are not explicit any more and their mantra is still that it improves game play. And yes they are still virtually unsinkable with unbelievable fire power, among other characteristics, as they always were. The third party exploit users are usually dealt with relatively quickly, *edit*. Been that way for years, its a matter of how many. Right now there seem to be quite number, probably due to the server merge a while back. It simply boils down to whether one finds the other aspects of the game enjoyable enough to tolerant their presence.

 

Aaarrgghh! ahoy mates, this issue of exploits and bots to cheat the game is one of the principal reasons why most pirates from really good guilds quit! I for example only payed for premium once and that was only for reasons of logging out more quickly and for only one (1) year, once that was over i never spent a single cent on this game, because there was a time when you could actually have fun and be just as competative without spending large sums of money. Once i started to see what daggerstip is describing it was clear that game developers must have accounted for these anomaly's, otherwise this game would have been better. So in short, the game is developed with knowledge if these practices and just choose to look the other way. However it is us who keep fooling ourselves into believing there is something being done about these issues. Yeah, i am a fool, but then again i spend no actual money on this game, i play until im sunk, some days are better than others.
