Does anyone else have this problem and, if so, any solution? The Seachart just starts scrolling randomly, and it scrolls downward pretty fast, and I cannot do anything...?

    Hello,

is this problem still ongoing for you?

Personally I have not encountered such issue.

  3. How about all the other issues with the game? Sound, seers vision, not so easy to click on seachart chests, light not working correctly...I mean, is there some sort of calendar as to when all this stuff is going to be fixed or is the rote answer, 'our developers are working hard' crap?

When I had this problem a few weeks ago, it sent my ship into the map corners. I couldn't control it and if there happened to be a guild island in the corner.... I resolved most of my problems by deleting cache/cookies and rebooting. Haven't had too many problems since. At the time, I could only play 13 seconds at a time - then there'd be a 13 second lag. Boarding even small ships required a lot of planning to do it during the 13 second time span.

    Ahoy,

That generally happens when the game believes you are still pressing that scroll button (be it keyboard or the scroll bar).

When this happens, simply press the scroll bar in the direction the map is moving, when you let go, this will then correct the issue.

    Ahoy,

As this issue has been reported and a suggested workaround given, I shall now close this thread.
