    Anybody else having problems with the Arbiter not handing out quests to get rift emblems? I've been to 2 safe havens, and neither Arbiter is active.

    There three quest you can do wich are daily. I don't remember when they reset.

    Hello,

    please be aware that every Arbiter (rift) quest reset at 12 noon local server time.

    They reset daily at the beginning of BP's day. I do them daily, but none of them have been offered today.

    Hello, after checking with my toons wich doesn't do the arbiter quest, i went there and i do not have any quest to make. The today rift quest did not pop up for me too. And for my main account i do not remember doing them after noon so its probably the same. It seem to have bugged today.
