chests lvl3 worlds

A)The logbook can't be searched for event chests
B)The logbook only lists a certain amount of entries
You are well aware of the limitations of B above, so asking for entries that aren't listed is deliberate on BP's account so the correct awards can't be booked as the player doesn't have the information.



Event chests were not fixed, see below

Hello,

you are correct, logbook can't be searched specifically for the event chests, however you can still access it to look for rewards gained from the Typhoon event.

When you gather all your logbook entries, and you wish for them to be exchanged please contact Support.

You can still access older logbook entries by first clicking and then .
