    Are you referring to the "Commonwealth Engineering"?

    If so, then this is a quest item which allow you to skip the additional quest line for Road to Atlanta (    Alternate Quest Line 7).

    Quests: Road to Atlantis - Quest Line 8

    I can not start this now. I'm done with that mission Alternate Quest line 7

    The "Commonwealth Engineering" item can be found in the in-game shop.


    In order to start the Quest Line 8 you have to complete Quest Line 7 first (Click ->     Quests: Road to Atlantis - Quest Line 7)
