    so I haven`t completed the last questline yet, will those quest be available after the Atlantis 2 launches or do I have a very limited time to complete them?

    If you have done alt questline 7 and finished questline 11 you should be fine, 12 only gives a ship design, all the pieces are gained at the end of 11.

    my apologies for the late response, you shall be able to complete your quest line even after Milestone 2 will be implemented to the game.
