question about maximum values

I am curious how some of these maximum values are achieved.
For example: using just level 5 ribs, I can get a damage prevention level of just below 110%.
The maximum value for damage preventioin is just below 150%.
The only things I can see that are lower on my ship settings are my gems...level 28 and 29 dodge and damage prevention, no brothers in arms, and level 5 ribs rather than level 6.
I don't know if this applies to all the maximum values, but what would it take for me to get those additional points? Not that I really want them...I am just curious as to why I am not even close when using all ribs...

 

On sea the prevention you get from plates and the plates special gem does not get included in the actually calculation (still gets added tho, just doesnt show). So thats 25% already and in your case you dont have brother in arms and you dont have the masterskill from the skill tree active. So thats 35%, rest is gems and such.
