Didn't get reward

I submitted the voucher for the mini game and received all of the rewards except the
Behemoth Repair Staff.

From my log:

7 x Behemoth Repair Staff credited to account. Reason: Payment Pack

I was on earlier and my info says I only have the 1 that I had previously. I haven't used any, so can you check what has happened and fix this?

No, the Behemoth Repair Staff is credited to your account for a certain amount of days.

You can activate this action item once per hour.

Behemoth Repair Staff display issue has been forwarded.

If it's just a display issue, then I'll try using it (haven't ever used it before) and see if that changes the display.

 

I can already tell you that it won't.

We have forwarded this to be reviewed, so it is a known issue. We are awaiting a fix.
