    Ahoy ġrëätränġër!

    Upon reviewing I find no issue with the fleet quest-giver.

    Please visit the quest-giver Monroe Robinson (24/1) once again.

    Press on him and go to the Fleet tab - check the price of the fleet as this may differ depending on the amount of fleets sent by players across the server.

    If you own enough Crowns make sure that you select the correct map to send your fleet in.

    Don't forget to pay attention to the timer (Next Fleet Available) - you wont be able to hire a fleet if this timer is still on a countdown.

    Once you visit Monroe Robinson make sure that you have picked the correct map (where you want to send your fleet to).
