Option to "Reset Ticker" has been Changed???

I sometimes open my Seachart and my "Event Ticker" is "way up" off the top of my Seachart. I cannot reach it. So I use the "Start Configurator" and there has always been a choice option to reset only the Event Ticker. I click on it and it moves to the middle of my Seachart, and then I can place it back as before. What has happened? Where did it go? (See at bottom).

P.S. Despite what some may think, I try to limit my complaining about all of these "temporary" alternative methods to fix things. Log out then back in, it is a "display error", this issue has been known about for 4 years and has been forwarded, the developers are under a heavy burden, etc. But when the Patchday Notes on one day (many weeks ago) had around FIFTEEN Bug Fixes announced, you kind of know this game is a total disaster.

Oh, come on MR. D the game works great......"Rolling my eyes" you have every right to complain, if they can add a game within a game, then they can fix this hot mess.....lol

Ahoy The*Defiant!

The "event ticker" reset button has been replaced with a button called "Locked Windows".

By pressing "Locked Windows - Reset" you are able to reset all widows (including event ticker) that has been locked outside your screen.
