    Ahoy mates,
Please send all the IDs you believe are cheating to customer care. They will look into each one with great care.

    Hi Nimitz.
I will do that, but i have to say ive lost alot of confidence in customer support when it comes to reporting cheaters n glitchers. Theres alot of them that play on my server and may be bias.I liked that the forum had a section to report these people, as all customer support from all countries could see it, and maybe get a heads up for there respective servers. also it makes it very difficult to sweep under the carpet favorite players n friends that are abusing glitches and cheats. Quite recently ive herd whispers that a mod switched to our servers and was told what guild to join. This if it is true is very unprofessional behavior. it also teaches to all about missplacing trust in those that should be there to support the players and the game.I do hope that these are no more than rumors.

    Ahoy mate,

I am sorry to hear this, we do our best at catching botters and cheaters, however it is not very simple. We do encourage you to send in IDs as each is looked into in depth.

As nothing more can be done here, I will close
