    Is there a limit on the chi chi sticks you can carry?
    Cause my quest giver in map 34/1, the one that gives the chi chi quest is gone...

    Ahoy 1907!

    There is no limit on how many Chi-Chi sticks you may carry, but as your fellow pirate already pointed out there is a limit of 31 Chi-Chi sticks when it comes to the daily quest at 34/1.
