can not login after update

    client starts , waiting for update , when client restarts i god message forKARNEL32.DLL , on windows7 .

    i had the same issue heres how i solved it.

    log into seafight via a browser and not client. make sure client is fully closed. then redownload the client from the browser bud. once done reopen client and it should work. hope this helps

    take off old install client of your computer,then just reinstall client again,works for me

    Same here, says Windows 404 error.

    Ahoy Pirates!

    Please follow this short instruction:

    1. Close your game client (sea chart and home page)
    2. Open your client once again - do not log in
    3. Updating... written in red should display
    4. Leave your client open for couple of minutes
    5. Once "Updating..." disappear try to log in

    if that doesnt help please try:

    1. Uninstall client
    2. Delete installer file
    3. Install the following launcher https://seafight-14-client.bpsecure.com/launcher/SeafightInstaller2.1.1.exe

    Please let me know if your issue have been resolved.

    Ahoy!

    From personal experience, please check if your anti virus is not blocking seafight (quarantine) if it does, then add seafight as an "exemption" - that may resolve your issue.

    nothing fixes the problem

    Hi Rymar !
    This problem appears after one of restarts. Before update of client I played without problems (even ESET antivirus program always working). My PC is with Windows 7. But with my laptop with Windows 11 - update was without problems.

    I have the same problem..I get this message after updating sign disappears

    " The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. "

    Nothing worked so far. I even fresh installed windows7 and everything....

    I also use Windows 7 (and have no plans to spend money to upgrade my OS). I have had the same Client experience as everyone posting here. In fact, "exactly" the same problems. These latest patches must have messed it up. I will use the browser for now, but my game lag (despite my 400 mbps Internet connection) is why I use the Client. And I just ran a full diagnostic two days ago on my computer: it passed with "flying colors". Frustrating.

    As stated previously the client issue has been forwarded - for now you can use the browser version of the game.
