I come to state my opinion on the current state of the event.

The spawn rate on the small NPC Vial Collector, is very low. It's hard to find more than a few NPCs in the whole map, even thought when it is not that popullated. Let alone at night, when everyone will come to play.

Also in my opinion the rewards (especially for the Admiral NPC Dead October) are very low. Althought they are easy to kill, unlike the recent Admirals in the Seaside Squad event which were impossible to kill for low level boats.

I must agree with you mate, we know Bp does this every time a new event rolls out, I'm sure that they will fix it around the 4th day when the event will be wrapping up, and with that said maybe they should fix the event chest as well

 

Does anybody know if there are hidden goodies in this event?

 

its just a small shoot event this is how its ment to be

 

Even still its a small shooting event at least put some ships on the water with event chest, I and other players shouldn't have to travel 3 to 4 maps to find event ships and chest........Dont make 4 days of barely anything..........if thats the case why have a shooting event

 

I haven't had any problems finding the Vial Collector and the Poison Vials are left around all over (the bots don't seem interested in them). The Dead October is more of a challenge, but it seems to get a wide announcement, so it's not impossible. That said, the rewards are on the low side and the chance for Yulongs is low as well.

Many attempts but no design. This was for a greater damage and i received other things as "consolation price"

This can be unfair.... in many senses
Greater damage and Last shoot in the same npc
