Cannons gone missing?

For whatever reason 225 of lvl4 overlord cannons and 225 of lvl5 bastion cannons have now dissapeared. Any explanation?

read patchnotes.. the amount was a mistake in market they have now removed from all player who purchased this cannon package in event market and given back candys and ginger

 

when i make a mistake in my business i have to take the hit. not my customers. This is totally illegal outrageus ripoff. a deal is a deal.

 

Bigpoint should be embarrassed, they should have made good on the cannons even though it was a mistake. Shows the incompetence.

As mentioned in the Patchday Notes, the cannons had incorrect number offered (should be 1 x 15 times buyable) which was corrected and all cannons removed from your accounts - you shall receive the in-game currency back onto your accounts.

Rymar, with all respect towards you and none towards bp, as I mentioned earlier in chat and forum, it's not correction. It's a ripoff. Especially that the so called refund does not cover all in-game currency spent. The code also gives very little.
A similar situation can be like this:
I buy new a fleet of 500 new Mercedes cars for let's say $200k each. After a week the seller comes back and takes 450 Mercedes cars away . Of course I also receive a refund - $1M. After I protest I get additional two winter tires. Will anyone be fine with such a deal? I doubt it.

 

I'd love to see how bp would react to same approach if they would be on the "receiving" end

Well, i totally agree with you. If situation in vice versa, like if i buy seafight ship design with actual $, i think BP not gonna refund my money back unless I give them reasonable reason. And, mistake is not reasonable reason. Once transaction is made, it is made no matter what. That's how transaction or trade works. Compensation is for something for what is missing what you actually paid for in transaction.

As far as I experienced this kind of situation many times, they not gonna change their mind for sure pwaalios lol. I strongly agree with you and feel you but at least they hand out code so i think its better to forget it and be generous even if u are not pleased with that cuz I know it is better for ur mental health lol.

On the other hand, I think how BP communicating with user is pretty going wrong in this situation. They gotta ask for understanding, not like saying it is on patchnote so just follow direction.

 

What the joke is that? Before few days ago they take canons and i writing to support 14 canons is take it more and they answer me that is correct of amount witch is take it. Now after few days they say that is problem with package and bla bla bla . This is big joke if you have problem with the package say first day not now. What the joke compensation is that they take from as 225 canons and give as joke. Good game is time to stop this game forever.

 

Can BP also refund the time people wasted farming the currency?

I have experienced it also - been playing it since nearly beginning with huge gaps due to bp incompetence and way of mishandling their own mistakes. being forgiving and generous is what bp is hoping for and basing their approach on. And last but not least - they will not mess my mental health - they are too little for that. Gone through way worse

 

Let me ask you this question.
Where do you stand on the fact that a lot of player took advantage of the glitch on the black market sale and got full of Thunderbolt cannons level 1 ( cannons that are the strongest right now).
It was a glitch, so a mistake of the developers, yet leaving them to those players, whoever took advantage of that glitch, would mean ripping off the players who have paid thousands in this game to be strong, making their boats weak and useless.

I see this with the same eye. I have paid money, real money to get Overlord level 4s, and the fact that someone could get 225 of those for free ain't fair to me. At least on my end.

You buy cannons good. But did you know Turkish package is around 70% cheap from all other country? That is fear?

 

It's not about that I have paid a suitcase of money to have all the greatest cannons as well. When I first saw it in the market, I was like wow, BP actually so generous this time, I was not envying others for that, they can get their stuff for free and I paid a huge chunk of money for the same stuff. I have seen it with a positive mind set. It's about the way the are treating their players, us. Like a shoe wiper in front of your door outside. People are actually spent a lot of time grinding for it, no to mention those who have bought packages WITH REAL MONEY to be able to get those cannons. They were directly ripped off and scammed! One thing to make a mistake. Leaving it for 5 days and STEAL stuff from people who bought it is another. You can't do that! Also they way the are "communicating" with us. No apology, nothing. Patchday, we stealed your stuff... deal with it! Haha, great treatment! Made a mistake? It's fine, everyone makes mistakes. Be the man and live with it! That's the treatment their source of income (us) get. Wiping their shoes on your face laughing at you. With this kind of attitude, they'll be bankrupt sooner than later and they very well deserve it!
