Fire Dragon Statue can be obtained from the event NPCs on the surface.

First Phase of the event required Fire Statue quest item, the send one may require some Bonsai Tree.

More info on that part soon.

Rymar i have shot many event NPC's and have not received not one Fire dragon statue is there an issue or is this quest part of phase 2?

Please check if you did not reach the limit (150) of Fire Statues, Bonsai Tree most likely will be used in the 2nd Phase quests.
