Most likely you already received the reward, I had the same issue where pressing Redeem would do nothing but I actually got my rewards - close quest giver and reopen again then you will notice that the quest you tried to redeem is not there (view Quests -> Completed). As mentioned previously issue forwarded.

I am confused on the phases for this event. The FAQs states this---> Phase 3 of the event shall begin at 12 noon on 15th December.

The latest Patchday Notes state:
Event Preparation:

• We have prepared Phase 3 of the Elements of Winter event.

Which is correct?

Phase 3 will begin at 15th of December.

Sync notes state that we have "prepared" Phase 3 which mean it is not live yet, however some NPCs have been released.

Rymar - not to be sarcastic, but following your advice, who will shoot the NCP as a "damage dealer" if everyone opts to be the "tank"?

Tank option was mentioned as the player received much damage, don't forget that the damage dealer can always activate Lamp (chance for Armory or Arsenal) - which would allow him / her to activate Guardian in place of Sellsword.

I had 1 day of commonwealth sellsword lv 4 left in my winter shop but after the patch its gone? Was it time limited or did you guys just remove them from the shop?

There always is a chance that you already purchased possible maximum from the market and simply forgot about it.

Additionally, please be aware that items within the event market may change during the Phases.

Ancient Emblems can be obtained only via in-game shop.

@Rymar I've got them from the Brute as well. Not every time, but it seems like there is a chance of getting one.

 

Question regarding the 3rd phase.
It was mentioned in the Event FAQs that during Phase 3 we would have the Enter the Underworlds map, meanwhile on the notes it is mentioned the Krampus groupmap. Is this a change to the event or it was a mistake?

 

I'm 100% sure I had 1 left to buy , I intentionally kept it for when I really needed it . No doubt . Sad you guys have to take everything from us nowadays to make more sales.

During 3rd Phase we are supposed to have the Krampus group map - which is live within the game - this is correct.

I believe that I also received two Ancient Emblems from one of the quests (I don't recall which one, though). And I just received these:

Like another player posted in this thread, it really stinks when you go into the Dance of Death Group Map and other players mess around with the minions and don't shoot the Boss. I got so perturbed I went off and did the same.

 

what is underworld ? did all group maps please explain

How to get the minion designs from group map?

The Dance of Death group map provide you with a chance to obtain exactly the same designs as ships (minions) within it.

To obtain such design you need to own certain (unknown) amount of event points and a bit of luck!

In the FAQs I see no mention of Hearth of Creation or Depth of Comprehension. I thought they would be spawned by NPC's like Iceborne Attacker. I have not seen either of them. Can you tell me exactly what and where they are? Thank you.

Could it possibly be the elemental volcano?
